AT THE SESSION
When you first arrive, we'll review the plan for the session
We’ll get good and acquainted so when the camera comes out, captures don't seem forced or awkward
During the session, we’ll make sure any adjustments to wardrobe, hair, or set are made on the fly so all captures are optimal
Capturing the portraits generally lasts between 60 and 90 minutes with time for a break or small snack, if necessary
For a child portrait session, the goal is to get 10 great images on black, 10 great images on white & 10 great images on a neutral background.
AFTER THE SESSION
Within 1 to 2 weeks we’ll provide a private online gallery of 30-35 of your best shots for you to choose that are color corrected, cropped, and prepared for your selection
Together, we’ll have an order session in person or on Zoom, where we’ll review your image selection and make final cuts for your prints, frames, and albums
Your order will be processed and completed within 3 weeks or slightly longer for specialty products. We’ll notify you when your final products arrive and will arrange for a pick-up or drop-off
We will archive all of your ordered images for one year so reordering is easy

STUDIO POLICIES
We pride ourselves on the best services available and have policies in place to ensure a seamless process. Please take note of the following policies in place to serve you better:
No camera/cell phones are allowed at sessions, or at photo order sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled by the client once; otherwise, the retainer will be forfeited. If there are special circumstances, please don't hesitate to reach out.
In case of rain or severe weather, the studio reserves the right to postpone the session, for no more than 2 weeks.
Pricing at the time of booking is honored for one month after sessions occur, otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice
Printing, copying, downloading, or scanning photos without written consent is strictly prohibited. Even though the pictures may be of you and your family the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. Please review the copyright legalese provided. If the "Gift-Print-Size" digitals are purchased, this allows for prints up to 4x6 size due to the lower quality of the digital image & allows for sharing on social media. If Hi-Res digitals are purchased, any print size is allowed up to the quality allowed by the chosen lab.
ORDERING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
All orders for prints, frames albums, and other products will be paid in full at the order session we’ll conduct approximately 1-2 weeks after your event. Our studio accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments.

The reason products need to be paid in full at the time of ordering is because there is a cost with the labs to create them. Current pricing at the time of booking is honored for one month after sessions occur.

However, purchased images are archived for one year from the session date. All unordered images are purged from our data storage within 2 weeks of the ordering session due to limited storage capacity. Payment plans are available for digital images. Images are delivered once payment is received in full.
